Why?

My ringenck is very nice, she lets me too cuddle and touching when she is out of cage, but when is she in cage she bites, very hard :D... why? :shock: .. is this normal? :?:

When I opet door of cage she come out but she is little afraid... And she alwas fly to the cage... How to make her to like outside the cage? :?
