hen was a very very tame and possibly first time mother. she laid 2 eggs both on the cage floor, one broke and the other one eaten by her. my hen went wild after that so i decided to rehome her as i have small kids and she was going mad....

Recently my ringneck laid an egg on the cage floor, I put the egg back in the box. I found another egg today on the cage floor, but unfortunately this one was broken. can someone help me and explain why this is happening. What is the reason of her laying on the cage floor and not in the breeding box...

i have just bought 3 pairs, they are all housed in separate cages inside house. I would like to know if they can breed inside the house.
when does the breeding season begins in London. any tips as a new breeder would be very much appreciated.
