i am now putting them side by side, when they are in their cages, hopefullly it will be soon when they can both enjoy being wiht each other and the female doesnt try to get him.

thank you all for your replies, and yeah i have them in separate cages but one on top of the other so perphaps i will put them side by side so they can see each other, they are just house pets, so i dont intent or want them as breeding partners, also i tend to take them both out and put them near ea...
