Hi Pinkdevil. Very close on the Brissy thing. I am at Clontarf. I just checked my calendar and my babies are due in 1 week. Not the 2 weeks that I had said ealier. I am getting so much more eggcited than ever now. Am sure to keep you guys updated.

It is a shame she did not listen. Because now the other two have paired up and they are both silver...lol.....such is life. I think I will split them before next season and swap them around.

Hi Jim. Yes both birds are visiual blue. And the cock bird is split for pallid. But you did answer my question. They will all be the colour blue. I told the hen to choose the silver male. But never mind. Thanks.

[b]Hi everyone. Today my irn's laid their very first egg. This is their first together as a pair. Blueberry is a blue/lacewing cock. And Bonnie is a blue hen. Could somebody please tell me what colour the young ones could be. Would they all be blue? Thank you.
