FEATHERS GONE WRONG
My firend has a 12 month old IRN and a small patch of feathers on his chest have turned and appear to be growing upwards. Looking like its blow dried upwards. Has anyone heard of this before ??

I am from Brisbane Australia and currently have 2 pairs of IRN.
Lutino pair - Texas & Indiana
Blue/cinnamon cock with green/blue hen - Sydney & Paris (currently on 4 eggs.)
I hope to find out all the information that my head will allow from you guys.
