My IRN Twix squeaks if she is in a box and at times when she is in her cage, but for no reason. i boxes she couldnt be happier. how do i stop her?

My IRN Twix bites if she is in a box and i try to take him out, i stopped giving her even though she loves them but then at times i do have ones im using around the house, and if my parnter tells her off for any reason or trys to pick her up so bites and draws blood how do i stop the biting?

I try to feed my IRNs with everything they needs. I give them fruits, vegetables, sometime cheese for the protein and Every day he has seeds as well. I wonder what seed is the best?
I hears that it is not that great if they eat to much of sunflower seeds.

Any tip about the best?

is 3 years too old to start talking?

My baby Twix is light blue and the tips of her feathers are changing to a dark but see through blue, she is almost 3, is this normal?
