hi!
my little one hates being touched on the tail,growls and does the eye thing!!but loves a litttle scratch on back of the neck!they are so individual!

I always love the "special"ones even more !3 legged dogs especially!!!my husband says its the only reason i like him because he's "special"!!

i tried once a week for a little while but myIRN hated it he would literally fall over trying to bite it off!so i gave up i felt like it was'nt worth the stress for him.i would love to take him out side but its not to be alas!

do IRNs actually ever sit down?i would so love for my pea to cuddle up in my lap but he seems happy just to tuck up one foot and hucker down,do they sit down?????

I am so paranoid about things that could harm my little love,there are certain plants that are poisonous to IRNs i dont let pea go near any of my house plants because it only takes 3 seconds for him to shred it!
better to be safe than incredibly sorry!!!

When i see pics of babies i just explode I LOVE THEM!!!!I love their little do-do faces and big heads and most of all i loved feeding them with the syringe, could just have that job forever please!!!!

dont give up!!!they are so worth it!our ringneck is the centre of our home!you definatly have to be consistent and patient,my little pea's favourite food is banana maybe try some thing irresistable like that, but you must let him come to you to begin with.

nice to hear your ring neck is as trully odd as ours!every morning after i shower myself Pea(our IRN)has a bird bath too,after this as i use my hair dryer he stands on my shoulder enjoying the full force of the warm air,preening himself until he is dry,totally loves it!!

my IRN,Pea,also does this but even if you turn your head away he wil try to pull my mouth back to him by getting a grip of a little bit of skin on my cheek!!ow!it cracks me up when he does it and i like feeding him a little bit from my mouth really because it means he still is my little baby!!!!
