may be a bit hard coz i dont think its their breeding season and i know this probably wont help at all but their is a pet shop near me in western sydney nsw that is selling handreared ringnecks for 295$ but i did things the hard way i got an untame one between 5-9 minths and am taming it myself $29...

3 months? I got my irn 3 months old as well. The first time we heard him say a cherp was almost a month later, and it was due to him being outside and seeing lorries around. Just wait a month or two and they gradually start to make some noise. I had the same thing happen to me but now mines around 9...

I think putting biting toys in his cage has helped a bit. At least I'm not the only one with the problem

Ear nibbling
My ringneck has a tendency of biting my ears whilst on my shoulders. He doesn't always do it but it really does bother me as I try not to react to it. Can anyone give me any tips on how to stop the habit? Thanks
