my bird makes feeding noise's wanting me to put my mouth where hes break is and wants me to feed him? waht do i do about this.. ? hes 6 months old and is on seed

I have a Blue lace wing.. Light sky Blue body.. Pure white head..
He's getting about 6 months now and starting to lose feathers and getting pin feather's on top of hes head
some on body.. but there bright yellow.. why is that.?

he only makes these baby noise's to me though and no one else why is that?
