The green have more blue on the neck than my others.. just thought that it might be something specil tho

Hi there.. I'm new on this forum, and fairly new in the ringneck-hobby :-h I have many color mutations, but a few of them i would like confirmation on, if possible :-bd I think this would be Cinnamon?
