Hi, after owning a conure which sadly managed to escape out the window, never to be seen again ( :( ), i opted to buy a blue IRN to fill the void taco left. he arrived about 2 weeks ago and is still panicking massively whenever anyone gets near his cage. even changing his food bowl or water he flaps...
