Really dispointed

My indian ringnecks are now 3 and yesterday i was cleaning there flight and the hen had laid 2 eggs but they were on the floor of the flight and not in the nest box she has got the proper nest box i am hoping she will lay some more this is her first time so i am hoping she just got mixed up she is in the nest box what do you think my chances are that she will lay again ? theres no eggs in the nest box

Hi
Firstly try a different nest material and put the nest in different place.
Ringnecks sometimes dont like a particular nest material but i use wood shaving.
Now the position,i have seen ringnecks do this but other species they have had a box and laid of the perch and another exact same box was put in but in different place and she went striaght in and laid in there with no problems.
