I think my baby's starting to get his ring...maybe. But maybe it's just me being over anxious or something. He's going through a molt and yesterday I noticed he had some new blue feathers on his head. Here's a pic of that...




And then there's these black feathers around his beak that have been there for a couple of days that I thought were just like dirty or something. Do you think it could be his ring?




There's also a little spot of orange on the back of his head that he wouldn't let me get a picture of.

And here's him playing in a roll of toilet paper a few nights ago...




And this is a picture of my cat, Tiger, guarding my new shoe. He absolutely loves that shoe and I have no clue why.

It does appear to be a ring coming in, I will see if I have some pics handy of my alex (the only green bird I have) getting his ring.

I think eco is a male, as far as i know, male green irn have blue feahter on the head,and look likethe ring is coming in....

I just noticed that Eco has black coming in between his eyes and cere too .

Mikas ring , not sure when it started but he now has some red at the back of his neck.

This is one of the orange spots on his neck. I had to towel him because he always wanted to turn around and look at the camera when I was trying to take the picture.
