Help?

I found a baby indian ringneck who is about a little over a month old atleast i believe its an indian ringneck the lady at the petstore said its a ringneck n with pictures i've found online it looks like one.. asked all the neighbors and people down the block behind me and no1 has lost a bird and besides its way to little to make it far considering the fact that it can't fly/walk very far... it seems to be in good health the lady at the petstore said its got good body fat n i've been feeding it exact the same stuff my mom uses to handfeed her parakeets. Ive hand fed parakeets plenty of times but nothing else... Im not to sure how to use this forum but i need to figure out how much im suppose to be feeding him. the lady at the petstore said 3 times a day n 10-15 cc. n i make sure both him and the food is warm but i'd like to know for sure that i'm doing this right and what else i should be doing. hes in a tank with ripped up papertowels n the other side has one of my white shirts.. its pooping and eating pretty well... it doesnt eat as much in the morning as it does in the afternoon/night... could he not be as warm as he should be in the morning? someone please help or something?
