ok so i finally found the color mutation i want but the breeder is in the states and they say that shipping birds to canada is illegal. any truth to this??

I believe that you can only import birds that have been in your possession for >90 days and that you must apply in advance for approval, provide documentation and accompany the bird. There may also need to be inspections and possibly a quarantine. There's no way the breeder can put the bird in a box and ship it to you.

Basically, shop at home. What color do you want?

heres a vid of the bird i want........its the male bird....i was told it is a turquosie mutation mut im not sure. this bird is basically greean all over and just the flight/tail feathers are blue........that exactly what i want............
