Please please help me!!!!!!!

Hey guys,
How are you? Im so sorry to keep annoying you, but my IRN keeps biting me and he/she is getting more aggressive everyday. At night time, when his nearly asleep we can touch his beak, and that is the only time we ca pat him. I give him treats every time we touch him,, but he turns around and bites.
My other ring neck, will take food from our hand, and freaks if we try to pat him....The one that bites does have his wings clipped, and the one that runs away doesn't.
I also tried to put a glove on, so when ever they bite, i can't feel it, but i think they associate it with getting caught...from the pet shop?????

Can i please have lots of advise.....

Never wear a glove!! That terrifies all birds. My guess is he/she is in the middle of bluffing. Patience. It will pass eventually.

Sorry I wasn't much of a help.

I don't know much about bluffing, as my little guy hasn't gone through bluffing yet. I don't think he will at this point.
