Introducing 2 males

Hello yet again. I have a 3 yr old male irn that desperatly wants a bird buddy. He is very friendly with other birds and I have the opp to take in another male irn thats about 4-7 yrs old. He also is yearning for a friend and tries to feed the other birds in the current home but is not welcomed by those birds. We are thinking they would make good friends since they obv want the attention of other birds.
Has anyone else introduced 2 males before? Any advice or tips?
