Can three indian ringnecks live in the same cage?

Ok so I bought a pair of Indian ringnecks along with their offspring which is about 3months old. My brother is telling me that when the offspring gets older it will cause problems and in result one will die. Apparently he is telling me that is has happened before but with his budgies. I personally don't believe him but I want to ask just in case. Please any info will help greatly. Thanks.
