Flaky skin

Hi my little baby has a flake of what looks like dead skin on her ankle near its number tag thingy i noticed it playing around chewing on it the other day and then she satrted makes some painfull noises should i interfeer or just let her chew on it???

are you able to get some aloe Vera juice ? if you can get some put it in a spray bottle (dilute with water) or bath bowl and spray some onto it, this will help to soothe the irritation.
Is the band too tight by any chance? if it is you may have to look into it being removed.

thanx for that i will defenantly get some aloevera im not sure if its to tight or not i doesnt seem to be but im thinking about removing it anyway if i was to remove wats the best way to go about it

if the band has to be removed I would very strongly suggest taking him/her to an avian vet to do it. Its really not easy to remove without hurting the bird if not done properly. Aloe Vera is also very good for molting birds too.
