I made an account on this forum just for this because I'm extremely worried she might be in pain or won't be able to function properly as an active parrot with one nail that's crooked at the tip and I don't know if I should clip it because she might start bleeding. I just woke up today and as soon as I took her out of her cage I noticed her nail looked bent at the tip and not just a little bit, it looks awful and I don't know how to help her as I just got her a little over a month ago.

Don't attempt to clip the damaged tip yourself, get a vet to do it. I doubt if your bird is in pain, my concern is that she might catch it on something and make matters worse. It is Not life threatening, it just needs to be clipped, a vet will be able to stop any bleeding should it occur.
