Pallid? Palladio? CHCT?

This is my new baby I'll be getting in the next week or so, once he is down to once a day feeding. I've hand reared countless wild birds (I used to be certified in wildlife rehab, and I was a vet tech for 15+ years before I was forced to retire. I've also hand reared 3 moluccan cockatoos). My question is what color is he. The lady I'm getting he/she from (I'm waiting on the Dan sexing) said he was either a lacewing or an opaline. Her ex husband breeds, she hand rears them and sells them, and I gather she's not up on the mutations. She said that the lace wings she got came from a yellow and blue paid or a white and blue pair. She wasn't sure the sex of the parents/colors, or the history (splits). He has much more pale blue on him than the pictures show. His body is pale blue, his head, and tail are white. His wings are pale blue with white, and grey (much less grey than shows in the pictures. Much of what is showing in the low resolution pictures she took is actually pale blue). His eyes are very dark, but when you shine a light on the, they have some red in them. She knows a ton about bird. For around 30 years she's has a business that does bird shows and education at parties, corporate events, nursing homes, for schools ect. She's been involved with birds for a long time (she has some amazing bird, like the sweetest Palm Cockatoo, and a few other rare birds. She's big into conservation education)
So, what do you think? What color mutation is he? Care to place bets if items a girl or a boy (she keeps referring to the baby as him, which I've picked up as the pronoun for now). I'm guessing from what little I'm learning that the grey in the wings means he is r a Palladio. He looks really grey in the picture in his cage and he really isn't. He is much more pale blue. I was too excited when I met him, and forgot to take pictures. I thought I was going to get either a grey, or a turquoise baby. She had a gorgeous Olive, and one that looked like a cremino, but with a great deal of turquoise on the body, and tail. But, this little guy was not only the most outgoing of the bunch. He hopped right on my hand, hopped up my arm, stopped on my shoulder, nuzzled me a bit, and mumbled some birdy in my ear. Then hopped down to my "shelf" (my...erm...uh...boobs, that is used as a shelf by small critters) where he stayed while I met the other babies. He didn't want to leave, and he cooed, and even imitated a few of my sounds like my "aaahwe" (awe). Apparently the imitating was a first for him, especially since he's still quite young. Oh, and one foot looks pretty red/pink - it's from her marking him that he had a mommy.
Now I'm rambling?
So, what color mutation do you think he is?
Bets on male or female?
