I was told that my lutino ringneck was 4-4.5 months old when I got him. Since I got him three weeks ago, his eyes have been changing every day - the red will become transparent and the pupil and blue iris will become more visible. I would estimate that he is about 5 months old now and the red in his eyes have almost completely disappeared. Now he has a dark blue-gray iris and black pupil. So I would say his eyes will start changing when he is around 3-4 months old and be completely done changing around 5-6 months old. Hope this helped.
