Is this ok to feed?

i was reaing the foods you can give to IRN's and i came accross brown rice and i was wondering is it had to be cooked or is it raw rice? Also can they eat pasta and if so...cooked or raw? Thanks people :P

whole grain rice boiled for few minutes is ok.
Also you can boil with rice peas, beans, oats ( quacker), and corn.
Freeze the boiled mix for long storage or put it in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
It must be served in room temperature only and mustnt remain in cage for more than 3-4 hours.
pasta only for treats if you want , i prefer only natural foods and supplements too.

You can give it raw, in very small amounts, as well. ^^

And beans have to be soaked overnight and rinsed thoroughly before boiling.
