URGENT My Ringneck parrot is not doing well

Hi,
My Ringneck Parrot has been sick from last evening. She does not feed properly. Her Anal area has white droppings. She does not also dropping. Her spoof (stool) is white only. She Seats lethargic always. Please help me and advise. I am worried
for her. She is like my life partner.Please call if you can.Thanks in advance. I am from India. here bird veterinary doctors are not efficient to handle bird diseases. I am afraid if they will give wrong advice or prescriptions medicines. She is about 9 years old.
