Baby with troubled leg

I have 3 of 4 RN's left. One sadly passed away. I really don't think mum was feeding them at the end.
One of the surviving is struggling to stand. I had a good look today while feeding it.
I have only been hand feeding for 2 days now and the babies were huddling together so I didn't notice right off.
The left leg is floppy and the right leg the toes are all flat with no inclination to grip.
I know that it took a good old nose dive the first time out of the nest, so was wondering if:
Left leg
1: Defect
2: Broken
3: ???
Right leg:
Nerve damage ??. Doesn't want to grip my finger.
What do I do with it. Watch and wait? Bandage the left leg to body (softly) and see if it recovers? Sound stupid?
Or do I put it down. The baby is eating well. Is not aggressive. Does not bite or deafen my ears. This is the first one that has been in trouble.
I would appreciate any advice and many thanks in advance.
