I NEED HELP PLEASE READ AND GIVE ME ADVICE ON FIGHTING IRN

I have a female IRN white male IRN Blue.. both are 4 yrs and proven before... I bought this pair off of Missouri and they were supposed to be a "pair" but she shipped them in a crate which seperated them and told me that I need to keep them apart for a few days so I did as she said, but when i put them together after a few days the female started attacking the male ans she hurt him.. I quickly seperated them to stop any other injuries. I had them together for a few days and they were avoiding each other before I setup the nestbox and after I hooked the nestbox up I saw they injuries..(nothing major) the birds are healthy now ans I was wondering why is this happening, the female is going inside the nestbox and is doing the mating dance when I come by. but hates male,, she is kind of tame.. ANY ADVICE

If your birds are hurting each other they need to be seperated.
