I don't know if there is any legitimacy in the claim but after eating Bob Martin's millet 2 birds were dead within an hour.
other reports of cats and dogs becoming sick after being exposed to that brand are floating around too

So, again, I don't know if it's true but that's enough of a warning for me not to use that brand of pet products. In fact this is why they say to keep things as natural as possible for birds.....

and on a side note... consider "Made in China" to be a warning label.

Nothing for my pets, and nothing for me if it goes in the body and it comes from China. Not even coffee mugs.

Bob Martin, made in China?, unbelievable!, Sanjays millet is loose, and sold in big bundles.

The pet shop sells it in bundles, the stalks tied with string, it lasts ages!. As for Bob Martin products I googled, and.they are made in the UK, I get the impression it's the flea products which are causing problems for cats and dogs.
