Grandaughter's first meeting with Max :o)

well, our grandaughter, Jaden, is coming to spend the day with us ... she'll be 5 next month she's enrolled in a day-camp thingie & her parents hafta pay whether or not she's there, but i said, "bullsh#t! i don't care! i AM the grandmother & if i want her to 'skip skool,' she should!" she hasn't met Max yet ... her mom said she's gonna freak out when she sees how much this bird talks & all of the things she does ... Jaden wuz deathly afraid of Gina cuz she tried to bite her once. i think she'll have a good time. OMG!! Willie's beginning to "come back" now!! i put the play-gym in the l/r yesterday ... set it up on a milk crate ... he stayed there all afternoon & never made a peep ... just enjoyed being sociable again ... i put Max in her cage for her afternoon rest/feeding period & i ACTUALLY got to take a little nap on the sofa ... imagine that!
