HELP SO when i got my irn he was about 5 mont old the breeder said when he was young his parents plucked his head feathers, so he said they will grow in 1-2 weeks so i dont know when his feathers will become better now he is (7 months old) however, he still hasnt gotten his head feathers fully green is this normal or is this a molt or something please help!!!

You seem to have a lot of concerns about your new bird, why don't you take him for a new bird check up with an avian vet? It will not only ease your mind, but your vet will be able to give you lots of good advice on caring for him properly, and test for any diseases that are prevalent in your area.
