It seems that after 1 year and 3 months Coukou is not female but turns to be male.
Is it true?

I can't tell from those pictures. Hens have a very faint/light ring too.

The strip below his noise become darker last days as I have noticed. Also his behavior to a female wild ringneck that I captured for one day and placed it inside the cage was dominant with a flamboyant movement of the torso and wings and careful walking while the other bird was behaving timidly and submissive in some cases.

Keep a dairy of Coukou's behaviour to compare at a later date

The neck ring feathers of a Green cock will come in definite black and rose... The greyish ring you see right now is not indicative of sex.
