Sorry but I do not clip my birds' wings so I have not had to deal with this. The only advice I can suggest is to be very careful letting the bird out. If he tries to fly he may crash. If he crashes he can do a lot more damage and you could end up with broken feathers and bleeding etc. How about uploading a picture or a more detailed description so that others, more knowledgeable than ,I have a better idea of what exactly is wrong. They might be able to suggest something more specific this way.
