my IRN r not mating

Hi...
Well the breading season started in February or March already in my country my birds r about 4 yrs old male and female they have fresh fruit vegetables boiled eggs and egg shells also pellets and mix of seeds cuttlebones daily and my female doesnt wanna mate she still chase the male away everyday and looks like the male wants to mate becuz he does some kinda dancing or something and once he does that she start chasing him and hes scared of her, do u think she doesnt like him?
