What's Wrong with her beak?

Hi my dear far distance friends 
pleaaaaaaaaase please help me to solve my ring-necked problem...
She has black and brown raws on her beak.
These dark raws are coming down and down.
Does she have a problem?
her last year diet was poor but I tried to prepare every thing for her for last 3 months.
her husband is green
. are they ready for breeding? their last try ended to a terrible infection for the female...
I asked many vets in my city and they don't have any answer for her problesm.
I'm using Tabernil Total and Calcio for almost a week now.
help me....
