have female ring neck of around 1.5 years ( i guess ). I bought her from a pet store and I have her for last 6 months.For last 2 months I thought she was molting. Feathers between her beak area n to middle of head has grown completely but not the ear area, it is completely bald and earhole is clearly visible. Few feathers grew back on back of head but not much.

Could it be any fungal infection ? Is there anything wrong with her ? We do not have anivan vet in my place. Any suggestion would be helpful.

Is that an African ringneck? Has he been tested for mites? Lice? Skin scraping done? That would be my first step. Poor baby.
