Mio was sneezing today , should I be worried?
He is eating and acting normal

Our Sun Conure does it all the time and our vet told us not to worry about it unless he starts acting different.

Birds will sneeze sometimes but too much sneezing can be a sign of sickness. Also check if there is any mucus. I believe mucus to be a bad sign.
