Hi I was just wanting to understand the cobalt mutation a little better.
Does it act just like the normal blue chromosome, I'm tipping it isn't a structural mutation like the violet so was wanting to know what happens when breeding them.
For example if you have a cobalt hen to cinngreen cock( I only say this as its the only Proven cock i have available atm) would the offspring be split to cobalt or just normal blue? I'm just after some basic information.

Cobalt- or more specifically Dark, is structural- Dark + Dark (on Blue) = Mauve or DF Dark Blue.

So, you could get Dark Blue (Cobalt)*, Dark Cinnamon Green, Dark Green, Blue*, Green, Dark Cinnamon Blue*, Cinnamon Blue*, and Cinnamon Green from the combination you mentioned above.

*if Cinnamon Green is split for Blue
