Looking for IRN breeder in Las Vegas

Hi, I am looking for an IRN breeder in Las Vegas. I currently have 2 parakeets and a lovebird. The parakeets only like each others company. My lovebird loves being around them but they don't enjoy his company. I love spending time with my lovebird but I want to get him a friend. I have done a bit of research on IRN and I fell in love. Now I can't seem to find a breeder anywhere in Las Vegas. Is anyone breeding them or do you know anyone that is breeding them? Thank you.
