What colour is my bird?

Hello guys i have bought a new ringneck, the owner said it was turquoise but can you confirm this for me please. It looks lke a mixture of blue and green to me.
Please ignore the green breeding pair in the pictures. I will be moving the birds into a 6 x 3 feet breeding avairies over the next few days, I will be pairing this bird up with a lutino hen
Can someone also guess the age for the bird please? i was told he was 4 years old, thank you.
