hand taming my lutino

i have now had her for nearly 2 weeks, she comes out cage, flys around and returns no problems, i have now started feeding her some apple through side of cage, which she is getting more confident to come and get it, what should my next step be, i really want to learn her how to step up, and do not want to have her wings clipped to train her, she is 14 months old, any suggestions please x
