Bluffing and being around other birds????

Skyler is still a sweet baby at the moment. I have been doing research on bluffing to prepare myself for his/her little devil phase 
We also have Oscar, a black capped conure who seems to love his new sibling. Over time we are planning on letting the two birds hang out together as long as they get along.
Here is my question:
Do I keep them seperated during Skyler's bluffing stage?
