Ok so I go on holiday next week which is great, I am going camping (hoping my back is better by then)
Thing is what to do with Gomez..???

Should I leave him home so he's in his own familiar environment and have my friend pass by to feed him?

OR

Take him to stay with a friend who will talk to him and feed him?

My plan was to take him with me but I am worried he will be too cold/to warm/stolen or just too stressful

what to doooooooooo???????

I get my partners parents to come and feed/water/check my birds when we go away.
I have too many birds to take to their house and the birds know these surroundings.
If I only had one or two, I would possibly consider taking them to the birdysitters place. That way the birds would have more interaction and company.
I do know of a few people who take their birds with them on holidays. They have said the bird seems to enjoy the break as well.
I guess it depends on how long you will be away for as to what option would suit better.
A radio or tv could be left on timers so Gomez would have sound and visual company if you chose to leave him at home.
