I drag my birds cages outside once a week for a thorough hose out, and then as a treet after I set the hose up to mist for them. As soon as they see me move the lounge they get all excited.

I change papers every 2 days (every day if I have extra time) and wipe the cages down at the same time. I do a full on steam cleaning and make sure the cracks and crannies are clean about once a week.

I do a floor clean and vacuum, and a general wipe down and cleanup of feathers and food stuffs that are thrown around every other day. I take the ladders and stands, perches out for a scrub once every other week or three.
