I recently saw a blue IRN with a black head. Is it really an IRN? And if so, what mutation is it? How would you achieve that coloring?
I'm not very good at genetics, I know the basics, so simplist explanation please

Thank you shey...I'm curious whatever happened with the breeding results. The black headed ringnecks are so unique. I wonder if it was proven to be a new mutation.
