Black head

Post by Skyes_crew »

Not sure if this has been discussed before...sorry if it has.

I recently saw a blue IRN with a black head. Is it really an IRN? And if so, what mutation is it? How would you achieve that coloring?

I'm not very good at genetics, I know the basics, so simplist explanation please :)
I am owned by my birds...and I wouldn't have it any other way :D

Hi
Type in black headed Indian ringneck in Google you would see a tread regarding your query in the indianringneck.com where you would find in that post relating to Zorro /30 posts - 8 authors - 16 Dec 2010
Hope this helps
Thanks

Thank you shey...I'm curious whatever happened with the breeding results. The black headed ringnecks are so unique. I wonder if it was proven to be a new mutation.
