Breeding Indian Ringnecks

I have a question about the breeding cycles of ring neck parakeets. Is it normal for the hen to several sets of offspring within a year? I have a three month old ring neck from my fathers pair and she just laid two more eggs. Thanks to any and all comments.

Yes, it is common for them to double clutch, especially if the first lot have been removed for handraising
