Check this pic out of my IRN

This IRN is a rescue bird. He had a diet of fruit loops and I was told he may have been hit. He's a little skittish of hands but over the past week has gone from running to the opposite side of his cage to flying onto my shoulder as soon as I come in the room . The avian vet says his new pellet supplemented diet is bringing back to good health. I forgot to ask the vet how old he is and his office is an hour away. He is a green male with his ring and orange circles around his eyes he looks about 16" long but has alot of black/grey feathers on his wings. his face is almost neon green, much brighter than the rest of his body. behavior wise he is doin the mating dance with a couple of favorite objects and i caught him regurgitating his food on those objects, Thanks!
