loosing hair around eyes

Our ringneck is loosing feathers around his eyes no where else

Hi thanks not sure what crannies is bugs? I would like to know is there not a cream or medicine i can get to help Pollie he is with another IRN but her hair is not falling out. Cage is in the corner of the room and nothing that has not been moved in the last month. But wil move all today and hoover vvery well. Thanks

"Nooks and crannies" is a vernacular term where I live meaning "little spaces such as holes or crevices, particularly where stuff might be likely to lodge and be hidden".

Thank did not see but cleaned very well and disinfected the cage got some mite and lice organic powder so hope it will work. Thaks for advice again.
