Being a mum again to a 6 week old IRN

Hi all
Ive just adopted a beautiful white indian ringneck albino which i named Tooheys.
He/she is very shy hasnt made one noise yet and keeps burrowing and sliding around the basket to hide.
I have toohey on rearing formula which takes a bit to feed very messy lol.
I am a little worried because she is so quiet dosnt cry for food and isnt standing yet where i have seen posts and youtube clips of 4 week old young very strong.
Should i be worried??/
