[Emergency]Question about paint

Hey guys well they are painting the living room.
So I put my parrot in the master bedroom with the air filter on which i believe doesn't do **** so im worried.
I told my mom to take me immediately to a friends house.So at the moment i covered him with sheets and one side of cage open to a window for air. It is 11:10 AM atm I will rush him to a friends house in an hour or so. I will pass him through the living room in a car once my mom gets home. Question is will he be fine passing through the room for just like 10 seconds??
I am worried.He's perfectly fine at the moment i'm right beside him I can't smell the paint from here so thats a good sign =/

My Budgie has been in the house while the whole inside of the house was being painted and he is still going strong. I would say he would be fine unless you locked him in the room with very strong fumes for a length of time.
