hi i have a blue indian ringneck named suki and a cockatiel named yoshi they don't get along suki looks like she wants to be his friend but yoshi always rejects her is there away to make them be friends?

no, there is no way to make them friends.
It is not recommended at all keeping indian ringnecks and other birds together, especially a smaller
bird such as a cockateil, as a small little arguement can easily end up with the cockateil being accidentaly killed by the ringneck.
