im not sure if hes biting me?

i have a 3 month old indian ringneck named buzz. he is green. when i put my finger near him he bites on it but not that hard and moves his tongue on my finger. is he biting me?

at your babies they like to taste, nibble and 'bite' everything, they do that to almost anything and everything.!

but! if your baby puffs up his or her head and pins their eyes and lunges at you, then yes thats a bite!
